Training is provided by a Texas LPC-S and counts for the minimum 50% approved provider requirement of the Texas Administrative Code.
Before the event, you will receive an email from CE-Go with access to the virtual event. After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link and access to the virtual event will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.
Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:
- Complete evaluation forms for the event
- Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Association For Play Therapy
Agency qualifies for Texas LPC CE credit.
Event Learning Objectives
- Participants will complete 121 credit hours within the program and have guidance towards completing all required CE's for the Association for Play Therapy's RPT credential
- Participants will demonstrate a well-rounded understanding of the foundations, techniques and skills of play therapy.
- Participants will engage in activities that foster the development of play therapy skills from a variety of models including Synergetic Play Therapy, Theraplay, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and TraumaPlay.
Policies
Payment Plan
Payment plans are available only for the full program ($1875).
Conditions
- 6 payments of $312.50 each
- Payments are charged to the card on file quarterly. (January, April, June & September 2026 as well as January and April 2027).
- Failed payments will result in a $25 fee.
To sign up for the payment plan option participants must follow these steps:

- Copy the code received at confirmation of the payment plan sign up.
- Fill out the registration on this platform and paste in the discount code when “checking out.”
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of the purchase, and no less than 14 days before the date of the course. Every effort will be made to achieve resolution, including, but not limited to: refund of fees, substitution of course purchased, credit provided for future course.

Technology
1. This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.
2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.
3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.

Grievance Policy
Calming Communities, PLLC and Katy Counseling are fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists, and the National Board of Certified Counselors Code of Ethics. APT will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be responsibility of the CEO and Program Reviewer, Robyn D Reyna.
While Calming Communities, PLLC and Katy Counseling go to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, it recognizes that complaints do and will arise. Calming Communities, PLLC and Katy Counseling will do their best to anticipate problems and, when they do present themselves, will attempt to alleviate complaints as quickly as possible.
Grievance Policy
When a complaint, either verbally or written, is filed with Program Reviewer, the following guidelines are followed with respect to achieving resolution:
1. Complaints relative to a speaker or workshop leader, contents of instructional materials being presented, or an individual educational style being utilized, the individual voicing disapproval is requested to first address concerns to the presenter. If the presenter is not available, place his/her comments in writing. Program Reviewer will convey these comments to the speaker while maintaining confidentiality of the complainant.
2. If the complaint concerns a continuing education activity, its content, level of presentation, or facilities in which the event is being held, the Program Reviewer will attempt to resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible. If the offered resolution (resolutions may include, but not be limited to partial/full refund of fees paid; credit toward future event) not satisfactory to the individual filing the complaint, then further action may be taken.
In the latter instance, the individual is requested to place his/her complaint in writing to the attention of the Robyn Reyna. The complaint is then reviewed by the Program Reviewer. A written response will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the written complaint.
Within 30 days of the resolution rendered by the Program Reviewer, the complainant may file a written appeal to the Program Reviewer. The decision of the Program Reviewer is final.
Refund Policy
